Respective Remote site settings need to be configured in Salesforce to ensure the functioning of the Speed to Dial:
Setup Remote site in Salesforce
Step 1: Log in to your Salesforce account, click on the setup icon in the top-right corner and then select Service Setup from the menu that appears.
Step 2: Then search for Remote site settings in the search bar and click on New Remote Site.
Step 3: In the 'Remote Site Edit' page, fill in the required details as given below
- Remote Site Name - Enter a name of your choice, (eg: CallHippo)
- Remote Site URL - "https://activity.callhippo.com"
- Select checkbox next to "Active"
- Click on Save.
The Remote Site Settings have been successfully configured in Salesforce.
