How to delete a number?
Please refer to the steps mentioned below to delete a number from your account:
1. Log in to your CallHippo dashboard.
2. Navigate to the “Number and DID” section and click on the “Numbers” option.
3. Click on the “delete” button visible in red beside the number that you want to delete from your active numbers.
4. Click on the “I agree” button to confirm the deletion of the selected number.
The number is now deleted from your account.
Important information:
You can restore a deleted number directly from your account dashboard within 8 days of the deletion date.
Only the owner or admin can delete a number from the CallHippo account.
Please note that you will be charged for the number you restore on a pro-rated basis.
However, if you still want to check the possibility of the number getting restored to your account, you can reach out to the support team via email at [email protected]
