1. Log in to your CallHippo dashboard and navigate to the profile section visible on the top-right corner of the screen.

3. Click on the “Plan” option visible in the screenshot and then scroll down a little.

The addons in which the checkbox is marked are the addons already purchased and added to your account.
The addons in which the checkbox is empty are the addons that you can still purchase.
To purchase an addon:
1. To purchase an add-on, simply click on the desired feature. The Change Plan button will then become active (red), allowing you to proceed with the update.
2. The system will show a dialog box showing the prices applicable for the addon. Click on “Yes” to proceed to purchase the addon.
The add-on will be added to your account immediately, and the charges will be applied at the same time to your primary payment method.
To remove the addon:
1. Click on the checkbox of the already checked addon to ‘uncheck’ it. The Change Plan button will then become active (red), allowing you to proceed with the update.
2. Click on “Yes” to finalize the changes and remove the addon.
