Please refer to the steps below to change the number of seats in your account.


1. Log in to your CallHippo dashboard.

2. Navigate to your profile section on the top right corner of your screen and click on the “Plan and billing” option visible in the dropdown.




3. Click on the “Plan” option visible on the left side of your screen and scroll down a little until you see the “Total seats” option as visible in the screenshot.




4. Use the arrow keys to change the number of seats or manually enter the number of seats you want in your account.


5. Once the number of seats is changed from the previously set number, the “Change Plan” button will turn red and become available.




6. Click on the “Change Plan” button to proceed.




7. A dialog box will appear showing the change in pricing when you need to click on the “Upgrade” button to finalize the changes.




Once done, the number of seats in your account has been successfully changed.


Important: Any changes to billing will take effect from the next billing cycle. Refunds are not provided for users or seats deleted during a billing cycle.
