If you have chosen INR billing, you may not be able to download invoices directly from the CallHippo dashboard. In this case, please contact our accounts team by emailing [email protected] to request the invoice files associated with your account.


For other customers, please refer to the steps below to download the past invoices directly from the dashboard:


1. Log in to your account.


2. Navigate to your profile icon visible on the top right corner of your screen, and then click on the “Plan and Billings” button.




3. Click on the “Invoices” button to see the pending and paid invoices associated with your account.




4. Click on the “Paid Invoices” to see all the invoices, their date, and charges.




5. You get two options to directly download the invoice in your system, or the “send to email” button as visible in the screenshot.

  • You can download invoices from the CallHippo dashboard that are dated within the last 6 months.

  • If you need access to invoices older than 6 months, please contact our support team.
