Why am I Unable to Sign Up with My Email Address?
If you’re facing issues while signing up, it’s usually due to one of the reasons below. We’ve simplified them to help you quickly identify what’s blocking your registration.
1. Account Doesn’t Meet Signup Criteria / High-Risk Email
This means our system couldn’t verify your business as eligible. Common reasons include:
No active website linked to your business
Limited online or social media presence, making verification difficult
Very new domain, which may not yet be trusted by the system
High fraud-risk score associated with the email or domain
In such cases, the signup is automatically restricted and cannot be manually overridden.
2. Generic Email Domain Used
We only allow sign-ups using business email addresses.
❌ Not accepted:
Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, ProtonMail, or other free email services
✅ Accepted:
Emails linked to your company domain (for example: [email protected])
This helps us ensure platform security and business authenticity.
3. Invalid or Unsupported Domain
If you see a message like “Please sign up with a valid domain”, it means the email domain you used isn’t supported. Please try again with a different, verified business domain.
Restricted Business Categories
At this time, we are unable to support sign-ups from certain business types, including (but not limited to):
PC or technical support services
Printer or TV repair services
Antivirus or security software
Airline ticket booking services
Online dating platforms
Instant email services
Customized computer sales
Traditional healing or spell-casting services
If your business falls into one of these categories, the system will automatically block the signup.
