How to download Call Logs and check the call cost?

CallHippo makes it simple to view call logs and check detailed call expenses in just a few clicks.
Whether you’re overseeing sales calls, reviewing support performance, or keeping your communication budget in check, your call data is always accessible—so you stay in control, anytime.
Check the steps and details below to download the call logs and check the call cost:
1. Log in to your CallHippo dashboard.
2. Click on the “Call Logs / Recordings” section visible on the left side of the dashboard.
3. Click on the green colored “Filter” icon so that we can select the date range and other requirements of the call logs that we need to download.
Note: By default, the date range for the call logs is set for a week (7 days).
4. Once you open the Filter option, you can quickly narrow down call logs using the criteria below:
Callers: View calls made or received by specific users or teams
Country: Filter calls by the country involved
Call Status: Select one or more statuses such as answered, missed, or failed
Tags: Filter calls using tags (available with After Call Work)
Call Disposition: View calls by outcome, such as resolved or follow-up required (available with After Call Work)
From / To Number: Search by specific caller or receiver numbers
Auto Dialer: View all calls or only auto-dialer-related logs
Call Type: Filter by incoming, outgoing, or both
Date Range: Select a custom date and time range
Important:
Call logs can be viewed on the dashboard for up to 90 days (3 months).
If you select a date range beyond 90 days, the call logs will be sent to your registered email address.
5. Once all the parameters are selected as per your requirement, click on “Apply”.
6. You can manually select the call for which you want the call logs by clicking on the checkbox against each call, or select the checkbox at the top to select all calls for the applied filter.
7. Once the calls are selected, click on the blue colored “download” option.
8. Check and uncheck all the options that you want in the downloaded call logs as per the requirement.
9. If you want to check the call costs for the calls made, make sure to select the “call cost” option.
10. Select “Save Filter” if the same options will be useful for you in the future.
Then click on the “download now” button to download the call logs for the applied filter.
Your call logs have now been downloaded in an XLS file.
11. To check the call costs, you can open the file and check the column named “Call Cost” and check its sum as visible in the screenshot below:
The “sum” provides us with the total calling credits used for all the calls in the downloaded call logs.

A: By default, CallHippo shows call logs from the last 7 days.
