You can change these details for your account anytime using the following steps.


1. Log in to your CallHippo account.

2. Navigate to your profile icon visible on the top right corner of your screen, and then click on the “Profile” button.



3. To change any of the information for your profile, such as name, number, company name, etc, click on that particular information, edit it, and then press Enter to confirm the changes.



Once done, you will be able to see a confirmation message about the changes being saved.



For changing your CallHippo registered email address:


1. Enter the new email address in the “User Email” section.



2. Click on the blue pencil icon to confirm the changes.



3. Once done, you will receive a verification email in the inbox of the new email address that you entered.

4. Click on the link in that email to verify the new email address.

5. Log in using new credentials.


Your CallHippo registered email address has now changed.
