Once the owner sends the invitation, the Agent can activate their account by following a few simple steps. In CallHippo, a sub-user (referred to as an Agent) is added by the Admin to make and receive calls. Once added, the Agent receives an invitation link via email. To get started, the Agent simply needs to verify the link and set up a login password.
Steps for sub-users to set up the account
1. First, the admin has to invite the user from their account, as shown in the screenshot below.
2. Now, as you can see, the invite has been sent successfully from the Owner side to the agent with the status shown as pending.
3. The sub-user has received an invitation via email to log in and set up the account. To proceed, they should click on the link provided in the email below.
Note: The link will expire in one day (24 hours) from the time the invitation is sent.
4. The agent must copy and paste the invitation link into a new browser window, where they will be presented with options to set up their account. They will need to enter their first and last name, create a password for login, and then click "Submit" to activate the account in the system.
Step 5: The user will be directed to the CallHippo Dashboard, where they can explore features and utilize the available services.
Step 6: The admin can also monitor the user's status in the main panel, where it will be displayed as "Active," as illustrated in the screenshot below.
Note: Once activated, users can log in anytime using their email and password via the web dialer at https://dialer.callhippo.com or the mobile app (available on Android and iOS).

If you're facing difficulties while setting up your CallHippo account after receiving the invitation email, try the steps below:
1. Invitation Link Has Expired
The activation link is valid for only 24 hours.

Ask the Owner or Admin to delete your user from the CallHippo dashboard and re-add you using the same email address. This will trigger a new invitation email with a fresh activation link.
2. Did Not Receive the Invitation Email
