In addition to showing recent call information, the Last Call Activity section also provides quick-access action buttons that allow you to:

  • Make a callback directly from the dialer homepage.

  • Send an SMS to the last dialed number.

  • Rate the call quality of the most recent call.

These options help streamline post-call actions and improve overall call handling efficiency.

How to enable/disable the Last Call Details?


Last Called By:

This feature is displayed during an ongoing call. It shows which team member last spoke to the caller, making it easier to route the call to the right person, typically the point of contact (POC).

It’s especially valuable for teams using shared numbers, helping maintain continuity in customer communication. All users assigned to the number can view this information during the call.

You can enable/disable the ‘Last Called By’ feature from the dialer:

1. Log in to your CallHippo Dialer.


2. Click on the 3 horizontal lines on the dialer and select the Menu option.



3. Select the ‘Settings’ option.



4. Click on the toggle of Last Call Details to enable/disable the ‘Last Called By’ feature.
