Frequently asked questions:

Q: Will voicemail alerts be sent to my registered email address?
A: Yes, notifications are sent to the email address linked to your CallHippo account.

Q: Can I still listen to the voicemail within the app if email alerts are disabled?
A: Yes, voicemails will always be available in the CallHippo interface, regardless of email notification settings.

Q: Does this setting affect other users in my organization?
A: No, voicemail alerts are user-specific and can be managed individually by each team member.

Q: Why are voicemail notifications still going to my email instead of the second user's?
A: If a voicemail is left on a number that is assigned to multiple users, all those users will receive the voicemail notification. That's why you're still getting the email even after adding a second user.
