CallHippo allows you to manage how you receive alerts for important account activity, including SMS alerts. These notifications help you stay informed about SMS activity without constantly monitoring your dashboard. When enabled, SMS alerts are sent via email to notify you that a received on your assigned number. If you prefer not to receive such alerts, you can turn them off at any time from your profile settings.
Note:
The SMS alert notification does not include the sender’s phone number or the full message content.
You will only receive SMS Alert email notifications for incoming SMS messages. Notifications are not sent for outgoing messages.
