With the help of this feature, you can set the targets for your users and check whether they have achieved their targets or not. It would help you to analyze the performance of your users. You can set targets for various things like call target, login hours, and talk time.

Call target- you can assign the number of calls needed to make by the users.

Login hours- you can assign the number of hours needed to be online.

Talk time- You can assign the minimum talk time needed to be achieved.

 

To set the target vs achievement, follow the below mentioned steps:

 

1. Log in to your CallHippo dashboard.

2. Navigate to the ‘Users and Performance’ section and click on the ‘Target vs Achievement’ option.



3. Click on the Add New Target button to assign more targets to the users. You can assign targets for all users.



Note: If you want to delete a target, you can simply click on the delete button.



4. You can select the targets as per the parameters below:

  • Users: Select the users for whom you want to assign the targets. Click on the plus icon to add more users.

  • Start Date: Select the start date of the target when you want to initiate it.

  • End Date: Select the end date of the target when you want to stop calculating the assigned target.

  • Select Target: You can select three types of targets that you can assign to the users, the three targets are call target, login hours, and talk time.

  • Target value- Enter the value that you want to assign to the users.

  • Save- After assigning the target, click on the save button to save the targets.


How to check the targets which are assigned to the users are achieved or not?

  • If you want to check the targets which were assigned to the users are achieved or not then go to the Reports section.

1. Navigate to the ‘Reports’ section and then click on ‘Call Report’.



2. Scroll towards the right of the screen.




  • Target talk time- It reflects the time assigned to the user.

  • Total Call target- It reflects the total number of calls assigned to the users.

  • Dial out Achievements- It will show the percentage of how many calls have been made by the user from the assigned call target.

  • Achieved talk time- It will show the percentage of how much calling talk time has been achieved by the user from the target talk time.

Q: I set a target for a user, but it’s not showing any progress. How do I check if it’s being tracked?

A: To track target progress, go to the ‘Reports’ section and click on ‘Call Report.’ Scroll to the right to see data like Dial-out Achievements and Achieved Talk Time. If it’s not showing, ensure the target period is currently active and the user is making calls.


Q: What if I want to assign targets to multiple users at once—do I need to repeat the process for each person?

A: No, you can assign the same target to multiple users at once by clicking the plus icon under the “Users” field when creating a new target. This lets you add more users without repeating the setup.


Q: Can I set different types of targets for the same user at once?

A: Yes, you can assign all three types—call target, login hours, and talk time—to the same user. You’ll need to set them one by one, but they can all be tracked simultaneously under the same performance window.
