Password Requirements: Avoid Using Personal Information
If you see the error message: "Password must not include any part of your first name, last name or part of email address. Please choose a different password."
It means the password you entered contains text that matches your first name, last name, or part of your email address. This is not allowed for security reasons.
Example:
If your name is Ravi Kumar and your email is [email protected], your password must not include:
"ravi"
"kumar"
"ravi.kumar"
"ravi.kumar89"
Any other part of your email address
To avoid this error:
Do not use your first or last name anywhere in the password.
Avoid including any part of your email address, even partial matches.
Use a combination of unrelated words, numbers, and special characters.
Invalid password examples:
Ravi@2025 (uses first name)
Kumar123! (uses last name)
ravi.kumar89@ (part of email)
Valid password examples:
Rocky7529!
GlobeRain88$
Lemon_Tree91
Make sure your password is at least 8 characters long and not based on personal information. This helps keep your account secure.
