CallHippo allows you to download your call recordings directly from the dashboard. This feature makes it easy to keep track of important conversations, share recordings with your team, or maintain them for compliance and training purposes. 


Follow the steps below to download your call recordings quickly.


1. Log in to your CallHippo dashboard.

2. Click on the “Call Logs / Recordings” section visible on the left side of the dashboard.



3. The recorded calls will have the “play” button visible beside them, as visible in the screenshot. Click on the “play” button to play the call recording.



4. Alternatively, you can click on the “i” button and then listen to the recording from there.



5. Make sure to right-click on the 3 dots icon visible, so that you can see the dropdown options.




6. Click on the ‘save audio as’ option from the dropdown.



7. Enter the location, file name, and select the file type, and then click on OK.


The selected call recording will be downloaded.
