To integrate your CallHippo account with TeleCRM follow the below steps.


Notes

  • Make sure the user with owner access on both CallHippo and TeleCRM accounts can integrate the CallHippo <> TeleCRM. 

  • Ensure that API permissions are enabled in TeleCRM. Full access to settings is required.

  • Data synchronization is almost instantaneous, but it may take a few minutes for initial sync of contacts.


Steps to Setup Integration at TeleCRM :


1. Log in to TeleCRM : Use the account you wish to integrate with CallHippo. {Owner account is preferable.}




2. To integrate TeleCRM with callhippo you'll need "Sync API" and "Enterprise ID". To get this follow the below details.


- Sync API: Go to integrations page from the left side menu.



Inside Integrations look for "Website/API" integration and click on manage.


Then click on "Create New Token".



Provide Token name and select "Sync APIs" in API type.



Now click on "Generate API Token" and note down the generated API token.


- Enterprise ID: From URL note down the highlighted portion.


Steps to follow for Integration at CallHippo:


1. Navigate to Integrations: Go to the integrations page on CallHippo and find TeleCRM. Click on the Connect button.




2. Connect TeleCRM : Paste the Domain name and API key from the TeleCRM .




Click on Connect now. Once authorized, you will be shown with the status set to Integrated.



Successfully integrated your CallHippo account with TeleCRM .


By clicking on the settings icon we can access configuration and assign numbers to the TeleCRM for which we intend to push activities into the TeleCRM .


  • Call Activities performed with a TeleCRM  Contact Reflected in your TeleCRM - If you have enabled this toggle, All the call activities that are performed on a TeleCRM  contact through CallHippo will reflect in TeleCRM  contact’s activity and You can select or deselect the checkbox next to the activity statuses in the integration settings to choose which activities you want to sync with TeleCRM .

  • Connected Numbers: You can select or deselect the numbers you want to connect with the TeleCRM . Call and SMS activities will be logged in TeleCRM  for the selected numbers.


Integration Features

  • Contact Sync: New contacts in TeleCRM sync with CallHippo once Click to Call Action is performed on that contact. The contacts can be found in callhippo dialer’s contacts tab. The existing contacts available in TeleCRM will be synced with callhippo once the number is dialed through click to call.
  • Outbound Calls: Make calls directly from TeleCRM using the CallHippo Click to Call extension.
  • Call and SMS Activity Logs: The TeleCRM logs all call and SMS activities related to contacts.


Note: In order to enable activity syncing you'll need to configure custom actions inside your TeleCRM account. The created custom action will be configured in callhippo backend. For this you'll need to contact [email protected]

  • User Sentiments:  Neutral
  • Call Outcome: Unsuccessful


2. SMS Activity: Sent to TeleCRM 's recent events for any SMS sent/received from an TeleCRM contact.

After Call Work activity reflects in the TeleCRM

If you have a plan with CallHippo's Call tags and disposition service and the same has been enabled, than the activity being pushed in TeleCRM contains the tags and disposition data being added after the Call in the ACW screen. 


Note: This sync only when the same has been performed on the After Call Work screen, In case if tags and disposition have been added later on using the Call logs or other feed than the same wont sync in the TeleCRM.
