When TCPA compliance is enabled, CallHippo automatically restricts all outbound calls and SMS to U.S. numbers to legally permitted hours—8:00 AM to 9:00 PM (recipient’s local time).
Incoming calls and messages remain unrestricted.
This feature helps ensure your outreach activities stay compliant while reducing the risk of regulatory violations.
How to Enable TCPA Compliance in CallHippo
Log in to your CallHippo Dashboard.
Click on Settings at the top of the dashboard.
From the left panel, navigate to Security and Compliance and select Compliances.
Use the toggle to enable or disable TCPA Compliance as needed.
