What is the Lists Module?
The Lists module is a centralized place to manage all your contact lists in CallHippo. Instead of uploading separate lists for each auto dialer, You can use the same list across any Auto Dialer (Power , Parallel, Speed to Dial, or Progressive Dialer).
How to Access the Lists Module
- Click the Auto Dialer icon on the left sidebar
- A dropdown menu will appear
- Click Lists
The Lists Page
Once you open the Lists module, you will see a table showing all your uploaded contact lists.
Each list shows the following information:
| Column | What it shows |
| List Name | The name given to the list when it was uploaded |
| Source | Where the list came from (Manual/CRM Name). |
| Uploaded On | The date and time the list was added |
| Action | Buttons to delete, download, run a campaign, or sync the list |
You can search for a specific list using the search bar at the top right. To sync and refresh all list data, click the sync icon next to the Upload List button.
