With the Missed Call Report, you can track all missed calls along with their follow-up status directly from your screen. The report shows whether a callback was attempted for each missed call, which user made the callback, and when it was made. This makes it easier to monitor missed leads and ensure timely follow-ups by your team. 


Steps to check the Missed Call Report:

1. Log in to the CallHippo Dashboard.

2. Navigate to the ‘Reports’ section and then click on the ‘Missed Call Report’.


The Missed Call Report displays the following details for each missed call:

  • Date & Time: The date and time when the call was missed.

  • Agent Name: The name of the user who missed the call.

  • Assigned Number: The CallHippo number on which the call was received.

  • Caller Number: The number of the customer who tried to reach you.

  • Callback Attempted: Shows whether a callback was made for the missed call.

  • Callback User: The name of the user who attempted the callback.

  • Callback Date & Time: The date and time when the callback was made.


Note: For missed calls where no callback has been attempted yet, the ‘Callback User’ and ‘Callback Date & Time’ columns will display a dash (-).


You can use the filter option to apply filters or select the date range for which you want to view the Missed Call Report.

How is the Callback Status Updated?

The ‘Callback Attempted’ status is updated based on the follow-up action taken by the user:

  • No: No callback has been made for the missed call yet.

  • Yes: A callback was attempted by the user (whether the call was completed or not).

Important Information

  • Only the last 15 days of missed call data will be displayed in the report.
