Step to create a campaign

Step 1: Log in to the CallHippo Dashboard.

Step 2: Click on the General Settings option from the header.

Step 3: Click on the Omni Channel Campaign option from the General Settings side pannel.

Step 4: Click on the Create Campaign option.

Step 5: Click on that button, and you will land on a new page where you get options to configure your campaign.

Step 6: Click Give a name to your Campaign,(no specific format is needed).

Step 7: Click Now select number from the dropdown by which you want to send messages to your contacts.

Note: Only the Whatsapp Business API number can be used for a campaign.

Step 8: In type, it will be Template selected.

Step 9: Now in select template message drop-down,you need to select the template that you want to send to contacts.

Step 10: Now upload the spreadsheet of your contacts, the format of the spreadsheet should be the same as in the sample file to upload contacts successfully. .

Note: Now Only 2000 contacts can be uploaded in a single campaign

Step 11: Now schedule the campaign when you want to send messages to your contacts. You can select a date day and time according to options.

If you have selected the send now option then, this campaign we start sending messages immediately once you save the campaign.

If you have selected send on intervals, then you will get the option to schedule it with Period day and time.

If you have selected a schedule for a specific time, then you get an option to set the particular time and date on which this campaign will be executed..

Step 12: Now click on the submit button, and your campaign is ready. You can track the progress of your campaign from the campaign list page.

How to send Dynamic Template in Campaign?

You can send a template that has dynamic inputs by adding the dynamic values in the spreadsheet. You just need to make sure that you have selected a template that has dynamic inputs and that the file that you have uploaded has the dynamic values in the column.

Note: Only Max 3 dynamic inputs can be given in the template and make sure you have the 3 dynamic values column in your spreadsheet.
