Requirement: To integrate Instagram, you must have a Business Instagram account connected with Facebook.
Step 1: Log in to the CallHippo Dashboard.
Step 2 : Go to the Integration section.
Step 3: Click on the Omni channel option from the Integration side panel and click connect on SMS option.
Step 4: A new page will open. Click the "Connect with SMS" button.
Step 5: You will see the Welcome screen, where you need to click Connect Channel.
Step 6: You will be redirected to the Inbox, where all available channels will be visible.
