Requirement: To integrate Instagram, you must have a Business Instagram account connected with Facebook.


Step 1: Log in to the Callhippo Dashboard.

Step 2 : Go to the Integration section.



Step 3: Click on the Omni channel option from the Integration side panel and click connect on Instagram option.


Step 4: A new page will open. Click the "Connect to Facebook" button.



Step 5: Log in to your Facebook account linked to your Instagram business account.




Step 6: Give all the needed permissions and choose the business linked to your Facebook Page.




Step 7: Select the Facebook page linked to your Instagram business account.


Step 8: You’ll see a list of Instagram accounts linked to the Facebook page. Select your account and click Connect.




Step 9: On your phone, open Instagram and tap your profile picture at the bottom right.

Step 10: Tap the three lines at the top right to open Settings.

Step 11: In Settings, tap "Messages and Story replies."



Step 12: Tap on "Message Controls" in messages and story replies.




Step 13: In Message Controls, turn on the "Allow access to Messages" toggle.





Step 14: You can see the Instagram channel added in the Inbox channel dropdown.
