Step 1: Log in to the Callhippo Dashboard.
Step 2 : Go to the Integration section.
Step 3: Click on the Omni channel option from the Integration side panel and click connect on Messenger option.
Step 4: A new page will open. Click the "Connect to Facebook" button.
Step 5: Then, log in with your Facebook account.
Step 6: You’ll now see a dropdown with the pages linked to your Facebook account. Select the page you want to connect with CallHippo.
Step 7: Kindly click on the "Connect" button. Your page will then be successfully integrated with CallHippo.
Step 8: Now, any message received on that Facebook page will show up in CallHippo. You can also reply to those messages directly from CallHippo.
Note: CallHippo integrates with both Business and Standard FB pages.
Note: You will only be able to respond to those chats when there is an incoming message that gets integrated into CallHippo. Users cannot do outbound messages from Ch if that chat is not already present.

Can you create a group in Messenger?
Ans: No, you cannot create a group in messenger.
Can you send a message to a new contact from CallHippo?
Ans : No, you cannot send the message to new contact.
Can we do bulk messaging in messenger?
Ans: yes, you can do bulk messaging.
Can we send messages to our followers?
Ans: No, you cannot send messages to the followers. You can send messages to the one who are already in your messaging list.
