If you are looking to activate your Bitrix24 integration with CallHippo, here are the steps you need to follow.
Setup Bitrix24 App:
Step 1: Login to your Bitrix24 account.
Step 2: Go to the left side panel and click on Application -> Developer resources -> Other -> Local Application. It will open a form where you can create an oAuth application.
Step 3: Now fill the form as per details given below and click on Save button
Your application type must be Server.
In your handler path enter this URL https://web.callhippo.com/oauth/callback
Leave the initial installation path empty.
Select Script only checkbox.
In the Assign permission field select CRM and Telephony.
Step 3: Once you save the application Bitrix will generate client_id and client_secret for your application. Please copy and save both the values somewhere.
Note 1: Before proceeding with setup make sure you have Telephony enabled in your Bitrix24 account.
Note 2: Bitrix24 telephony calling is only enabled for your Bitrix24 users who exist in CallHippo with the same email address.
Integration setup with CallHippo account:
Step 1: Login to your CallHippo account.
Step 2: Go to the left side panel and click on Integrations.
Step 3: A window with different applications listed will appear. Find Bitrix24 and click the Connect button under it.
Step 4: It will open a popup where you need to select your Bitrix24 domain, client_id and client_secret which is copied from your Bitrix24 application and then click on the Connect Now button. Domain should not content https:// I.e callhippo.bitrix24.in
Step 5: In the next step, you will be redirected to the Bitrix24 login page. If you are already logged in, integration will be automatically initiated and redirect back to CallHippo integration page with a success message.
Congratulations! you have successfully integrated Bitrix24 with CallHippo.
Setting Up Webhook:
1. Webhook for Data syncing:
Go to the Developer resources -> Others -> Outbound Webhook
Edit Webhook name i.e. CallHippo webhook
In URL field enter https://activity.callhippo.com/bitrix24/webhook
And in Event section select following events:
Contact updated, Contact created, Contact deleted, Lead created (ONCRMLEADADD), Lead updated, Lead deleted , Company created, Company updated, Company deleted , Deal created , Deal updated, Deal deleted, ONUSERADD
And click on save button
2. Click to Call Webhook:
Select Outbound Webhook
Edit Webhook name : CallHippo Telephony
In URL field enter https://call.callhippo.com/api/v3/bitrix24/601c0000000000000f65e/dial
601c0000000000000f65e This will be your Callhippo Owner user ID can be copied fron CallHippo Webapp -> Users => select user with user type Owner. And copy the last segment of the URL.
And in Event section select following events:
External phone call start (ONEXTERNALCALLSTART)
Click in the save button.
How It Works:
Once you complete the Bitrix24 - CallHippo integration you can directly make calls from your Bitrix24 CRM.
Here are the simple steps to follow:
Go to your Bitrix24 CRM Telephony settings -> Configure telephony -> Telephony settings -> Default number for outgoing calls -> Set CallHippo Telephony
Make sure you have active login in CallHippo web dialer with the same account while making or receiving calls. i.e if you logged into Bitrix24 CRM with test@example.com. do login with the same email ID in the CallHippo dialer to make calls.
3. You can click on the phone number given to the contact/lead page to make calls. 1st call will be delivered to the agent dialer and once the agent answers the call, the same call will be connected to the contact.
4. Once you hang up the call you the call activity will be automatically sent to the respected contact/lead timeline.

Bitrix24 does not support SMS activity. If you need SMS activity, please contact support@callhippo.com.
