Access Module
The access module section allows granting or restricting access to the call system on a customized basis. You can provide full, read-only, or restricted access to agents, groups, or managers as needed for their roles. Strict access control ensures the security and privacy of call data and recordings.
IP Whitelisting
IP whitelisting allows you to specify which IP addresses or IP ranges can access your account. Only approved IP addresses will be able to log in and access data. Blocking all other IP addresses adds an extra layer of security and prevents unauthorized access from unknown IP locations. Know more
Restricted Countries
If there are certain countries you do not do business with, you can add them to the restricted countries list. IP addresses from countries on the restricted list cannot access your account. This prevents unauthorized access from high-risk locations.
Audit Logs
Detailed audit logs track all activity and access in your account. Logs show who logged in, what data or tools were accessed, downloads, exports, and all other interactions.
