Good news! You can restore your number within 8 days of deletion or release.
When Can a Number Be Restored?
You can restore a number if:
It was deleted accidentally
It was released due to account cancellation
The deletion happened within the last 8 days
After 8 days, the number cannot be restored directly from the dashboard.
How to Restore a Deleted Number (Step-by-Step)
Log in to your CallHippo Dashboard
Go to Numbers & DID → Numbers
3. Click on the ‘Deleted Number’ option.
4. Click on the restore action button visible on the screen beside the recently deleted number, as visible in the screenshot.
5. Once clicked, the system will prompt for confirmation to complete the number restoration process. Please confirm to proceed. That’s it! Your number will be added back to your account.
Important: Activate the Number for Calling
After restoration, the number must be allocated to an agent to start calling.
